Erin Stefanacci

Erin Stefanacci wears many hats including but not limited to wife, dog mom, and chiropractic physician. During her teenage years into her 20’s she suffered from severe digestive concerns, fatigue, irritability, and pain. With many tries at the conventional approach to health, she eventually opted for a more natural approach to health and healing which led her to where she is today.

She graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2017. While attending Sherman she received certifications in prenatal chiropractic care and applied kinesiology. In 2018 she received her functional medicine certification through Functional Medicine University. She has additional functional medicine training through the Kharrazian Institute in endocrinology, autoimmunity, and gastrointestinal health.

Erin’s passion lies in helping others recognize their potential to innately heal. Stemming from her own struggles and successes she recognizes the importance of believing in and honoring the body’s own healing capabilities. She is the founder of Carolina Holistic Health in Asheville, NC.

In her spare time likes to be outside — hiking, running, golfing, or dog walking. You might also find her teaching a yoga class or renovating a house with her husband, Anthony.
