Bethany Sprague is trained as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of University of NC at Charlotte and has post graduate training in Functional Medicine with the Kresser Institute of Functional Medicine and Institute of Functional Medicine. Bethany’s goal is to use her training in functional and integrative medicine to get to the root cause of symptoms. She has special education and interest in pain symptoms and optimizing the nervous system. She was the first NP in the world to have completed the has Master level training for Lyftogt Perineural Injection Treatments (PIT). Bethany also specializes in persons with special needs including physical and developmental needs. She is credentialed with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Bethany lives in Huntersville, NC with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs & chickens. She is passionate about keeping her family healthy with being the household cook, staying active, and organic gardening and farming. She also uses her creativity & integrative medicine background to design beautiful and non-toxic vacation & investment homes.
