Continuing Education for the Conference

2024 – Obtaining Your Certificate for Synergy

AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ – or – CEU certificate

Those eligible for credits must have completed their surveys for each session attended. If we have a record of your surveys, your name will be submitted to YourCE Source for certificate processing. Please follow the instructions below if you do not already have an account. If you have an account, go to step #7 once you’ve logged in.

1. Go to: www.yourcesource.org
2. Click on “Claim CE Credit”
3. If you have previously registered yourself in our system, please login and skip to step seven (7). Forgot your password? Click on “Get it Now” and it will be emailed to you.
4. Register yourself in the system for free by clicking on “Create one now!”
5. Complete the “Create A Profile” page and click “Save”. Only the fields with a red asterisk are required!
6. You’ll be directed to the “Edit Profile” page. Please ignore the “password and confirm password” information. This has been emailed to you. Please complete the other required fields marked with a red asterisk (address info) and click “Save”.
7. Now you are on the “My Continuing Education” page. Click on “Enter Code” button. Enter the code: 20282024.
8. Confirm the number of credit hours participated in the activity, check the “I Do” box and click “Submit”.
9. Complete and submit the activity evaluation form (if applicable).
10. On the far right, the “Action” box you can print or email your certificate.

Deadline to claim credit is 45 days from June 15 (aka JULY 30th) . Please contact us at adminsupport@yourcesource.org with any questions, comments or concerns. Thank you!

Chiropractic and BCHN/BCNS continuing education credits

Both Chiropractic and nutritionist credits are handled through NE College of Health Sciences. Those eligible for credits must have completed their surveys for each session attended. If we have a record of your surveys, we will include your email in the list of attendees needing chiropractic credits.
